Givaudan Active Beauty Launches PrimalHyal UltraReverse
New hyaluronic acid promises to tackle aging at its source for skin longevity.
Givaudan Active Beauty (stand 1B120) unveils PrimalHyal UltraReverse. It is described as the smallest and most sustainable hyaluronic acid ever developed. This active ingredient penetrates skin cells and acts at the DNA level, addressing most of the primary hallmarks of aging. By tackling aging at its root, PrimalHyal UltraReverse redefines the “well-aging” experience, according to Givaudan Active Beauty.
PrimalHyal UltraReverse targets four of the five primary hallmarks of aging:
• Epigenetic control – Restoring DNA methylation processes and enhancing Sirtuins expression and activity, limiting cryptic transcription.
• Genomic instability – Amplifying DNA repair mechanisms for a healthier skin.
• Telomeres attrition – Reactivating telomerase expression and activity, protecting the chromosomes integrity.
• Loss of proteostasis – Boosting the proteasome activity to ensure optimal cellular function.
By targeting these biological pathways, PrimalHyal UltraReverse protects the skin from chronological aging and environmental stressors known as the exposome. It increases Sirtuin 1 by 136% and improves Collagen 1 production by 48%, helping to restore skin’s youthfulness. The result? Visibly younger, healthier skin, with an apparent age reduced by up to six years. It also corrects key signs of aging, including wrinkles and sleep lines.
